Is is possible to see the backstage of a formula

Hi everyone, 

One of the person on my team create his own formula. I am wondering if there's anyway to see the back stage of a formula, to see how the formula function/ the logic behind a formula?

did your colleague saved a formula in the FORMULA tool?

Than you can just select the formula in the tool and see the content (here "test"):

In case your colleague built a custom Formula Function with other technologies like xml, you can also see the formula logic in a xml editor:
