Hey all. I've been running into an issue with a new sftp I'm using to retrieve a report. For some reason, every 4 out of 5 times or so I try to connect to the thing using the download tool it gives me either "Error in SSH layer" or "Failed Initialization" errors. I have no problems connecting using WinSCP and that 1 out of 5 times it does work it connects immediately. We've pretty much ruled out any sort of firewall or policies as culprits, especially since I can eventually connect.
My current work around is just using an iterative macro to keep hitting the sftp until it finally connects and gives me what I want, but the download tool's timeout option isn't working and defaults to 60 every time. That means I usually takes me a full 5 minutes just to get in and get a list of files then another 5 minutes to download each file. I'd rather not tie up my server queue for 10+ minutes just because something isn't working right here.
Has anyone else dealt with this before or have any ideas on how to fix it? I have spent way too much of my time trying to solve this issue.
