Hi, I am trying to get the "Intelligence Suite" installer but when I click on the "Licensing & Download" portal I get the following error "There was a problem fetching the products" and it does not display anything.

 

I already visted https://help.alteryx.com/current/en/designer/tools/alteryx-intelligence-suite.html#alteryx-intellige... and when I clic on it, sends me to the same page.

I got that same error just now. I switched to the Prior Version Licensing Portal, and then switched back again and everything started magically working. May be a bug or issue for Alteryx.

 

Very odd.
