Intelligence Suite: Installation not possible

Hello,

got Alteryx Designer in Version 2021.4 and want to install Intelligence Suite (also in Version 2021.4). Must be this version because of the corresponding gallery version.

These Versions fit as a colleague used the same installation files successful. But my installation already stops in phase of installation (--> see screenshot attached). I already deinstalled Designer and reinstalled, but no success. Machine was online over night, but no success in installation ...

Client is installed only some weeks ago and with only few installed other software.

Any ideas, how to solve the installation problem?

Answer doesn't help. Version of Designer (already installed) and Intelligence Suite (to be installed) match (both 2021.4). Other (newer) versions not possibile because of Gallery dependencies ... !!!
