Intelligence Suite - Image Template Tool -

Hi everyone!

I am currently building a workflow to 'scan' from a PDF file and compile the information gathered into a simple table.

I have already created the template by using the Image Template tool. I connected it to a PDF to text tool and tried running it to scan a PDF file that contains multiple pages of the same template.

Turns out that the workflow only read the first page of the PDF file and told me that there is no template available for the other pages.

Is there any way to make the template I already set up beforehand to be applicable for other pages too?

Have you tried checking the Apply first age of annotations in Image Template to all pages button in the PDF to text tool?

I completely missed that checkbox. Maybe because it is the first time I use the tool.

Curious, I cannot locate the option for "all pages" on my Image Template tool; my company has us still on version 2022.3.1 - is it not a function until a later version?

Hey @kas - the all pages check box is in the PDF to Text tool, not the Image Template tool. Your eyesight is fine, my earlier message just wasn't written well!

Yeah, I caught that in an article I was reading, but, my Image to Text nor PDF to Text tools have that option either...

Got it - more than likely a version issue then. Here's the 2022.3 documentation for the PDF to Text tool and no mention of applying first page.....
