Installing2 different versions, but different from all the links I have found here

I currently have a non-admin install of version 2022.3.1.450 Patch: 2. I also have a non-admin installation file for version 2020.2.3.27789. I need to install the older version for compatibility with our server, which we will upgrade sometime, but not at present. Do I need to upgrade my current version to admin before installing the 2020 non-admin, and if so, do I need to upgrade it to 2023?

I don't think so - they are two different applications that default to going to two different places on your machine. Start installing admin 2022 while you are uninstalling non-admin 2022.3, and then install non-admin 2020.2.

Yes you will need to have one version that's admin and one version that's non-admin. In this case upgrade your current version to admin before installing 2020 non-admin.

You don't have to upgrade all the way to 2023.1 - the downloads page goes back currently to 2021.4 if you want an older version.

Thanks, alexnajm! Can I just install the 2022 admin version and it will automatically update the non-admin version I have been using?
