Newbie to Alteryx, with very limited understanding of information technology.
I am trying to install the demo version of Alteryx Designer on my company computer. Whe I launch the .exe file, I get this pop up:
My Windows and Microsoft Store are all up to date. And I don't get any other pop up / explanation for this issue.
About 15 people within my organization have managed to install Alteryx without any problem. I myself installed it on my personal computer in order to participate in a training session.
The people in charge of IT support at my company have not been able to find a solution and have asked me to get some support from Alteryx... but I am getting none from the chat bot that bugs whe I try to schedule a call with the support...
Anyone here that could help me out?

Can you check your window 10 version.
According to this post, you may need a major upgrade.

I got version 1709 / OS 16299.1087
Is that the issue?
