Installation: Intelligence Suite? Predictive Tools? Designer Patch? ML Designer Integ.?

First time user of Alteryx Designer with installation questions. No relevant mentions in the documentation.

Downloads include a separate Alteryx Intelligence Suite. Release notes say that the Alteryx Designer installation package does not include Alteryx Intelligence Suite. However, the Alteryx Designer GUI already shows tabs for Machine Learning, Text Mining and Computer Vision. How to reconcile this?

 

Downloads for Alteryx Designer includes Alteryx Predictive Tools and Alteryx Designer Patch. No further information can be found on them. What are these?

Downloads for Alteryx Intelligence Suite includes Alteryx Machine Learning Designer Integration Tools. The release notes and support documentation are also silent on these. What to do with them?

Maybe it is not that explicit but it is mentioned.

1. Predictive Analytics Tool is included in the Designer Installation and it is not requiring additonal licensing.

   But the predictive tools use the R programming language. so we have to sign in to the Alteryx Downloads and Licenses portal to install R and the packages used by the R tool.

   Prescriptive Tools
2. Alteryx Intelligence Suite requires additional license and seperate installation.

3. For the patch, it is the fix patch after first release.so the installer is intended for those who installed at the very begining.
   For those who install after the Patch release, no need for the Patch since the Desginer installer has been updated and including the patch.
