Hello Dear Alteryx users,
I am trying to insert specific values to certain cells of the excel file. The problem is that when I am inserting, it does not save initial structure. For example I have row borders and row styles, when I am writing data to excel to fills data, but borders are invisible.

You need to select Option #6 "Preserve Formatting on Overwrite (Range Required)"!

It is working on my end and preserving MOST of the formatting - the only thing it is not preserving is the borders around the cells that don't have data. Is this the concern or are you noticing other formatting getting overwritten?
