Inserting a Column with Todays Date

Newbie question, I would like to append a column to the end of my data table with todays date and time... having trouble figuring out the best way to do this or instructions to do so, any tips? Thank you!

Figured it out, all I needed to do was drag in the formula and name the output column "Last Updated" and then used DateTimeNow()

Well the timestamp will vary if you happen to have million plus rows.
