I have a workflow that creates a worksheet that is given to people to fill out. When I would create this manually I would insert the instructions in the first 4 rows above the header of the worksheet. Is there a way I can get Alteryx to do this for me? I included an example of what I am trying to have alteryx do below.

Hey @tgilbert,
Probably the cleanest way to do this is with the reporting tools:
You can add your text at the top then union it followed by a layout to get one on top of the other. The render tool will let you output to excel.
Any questions or issues please ask :)
HTH!

This is awesome! The only issue I am running into now is in the layout. It is showing Text as being above the Table, but when running it the text goes all the way to the bottom under my data. Any ideas on what may be happening?

Nevermind I just found the issue was in the union section. Thank you so much!
