Hello,
I'm facing an issue while trying to open xlsx file.
File is local copy so possibility of it being open elsewhere doesn't apply here and when I'm trying to open I get following result.
The only suspicion I have is that file returning this issue is formatted as "containing strictly confidential data" but I'm not sure if that might be direct reason because other files work fine.
Does anyone have some idea what is possible reason and how possibly to avoid it?
Thank you in advance.

Unfortunately it didn't work...
I tried macro to load the file, but it returns the same thing.
Directory tool doesn't return fullpath with any kind of prefix.
Most of the cases, this error relates to the incorrect file path.
Can you double check it? or drag the file into cavas?
That was initial result, I simply dragged the file to the canvas.
Please check if the file don't mach the one of the reasons below:
1- The file is encrypted -> Try to copy paste the data on another file and check
2- The file is protected by a password -> Clear the password
3- The file have ~$ on the name -> Try to Rename and recheck
Hope this helps,
Regards,
Ok, so if the file is encrypted, is there any option that alteryx can override it and load the data?
Or the only option is to save the file contents in other file like you mentioned?
To my knowledge this is not able to be done natively. You could use python to do it for example.
Regards,
Thank you! I'll check this option and see if it'll work.
