Input Tool Is Not Reading in Data From Excel or Alteryx File Format

Question

I am running a workflow and having issues with one of my inputs not being read into my workflow. I have tried to connect the input as both and Excel(.xlsx) and Alteryx (.yxdb) and have had no luck. In this very same workflow, I have inputs as both formats, and they are both being read in with no issues. The results table at the bottom is not even registering that there is any data coming in from my input. I've attached images below. Any suggestions?

Could you check if you have disabled the all browse tools in your runtime settings?

Check your memory settings as well. Could be limited.

This is going to be hard to diagnose via discussion board.  Things that come to mind:

* Clear the cache and run
* Check / Recheck file path and file name
* Make sure the file itself is not open on your machine (seems silly but this has gotten me more than once)
* Check file permissions
* Make sure you are calling in the excel file and sheet name

I'm sure you've tried all of these, but it's the equivalent of "did you restart your computer" so it's worth triple-checking.  I'm hoping others may be able to weigh in here too if you don't solve it in the meantime.
