Input Data Reading Error

I have a CSV FIle input data. However its not reading within the input tool. Its giving me an error. Although I have tried the suggestion provided to resolve those error but still all the entries were not read by the Tool. Attaching the file.

@duttaabhishek be mindful, the document you've attached has a file extension of .xlsx (excel) as oppose to .csv

Not sure if that's where you're coming unstuck and you've misconfigured the File Input tool?

To get the file already configured (baseline) you can drag and drog it out of your file explorer straight onto the canvas. Normally does the trick.
