Include Sheet Name in output

I have a simple workflow. I am reading a set of sheets from an excel file. The output is desired with the sheet name. How do I go along with it?

Hi @HBarge ,

there is one change required in the Dynamic Input tool (Input Data Source Template):

This adds a new field to the output. A formula can be used to parse the sheet name. I've modified the workflow, hope, this is helpful.
