In the Reference Base Map how do I change the label Gulf of Mexico to say Gulf of America?

The Reference Base Map I am referring to is in the Report Map tool in the Settings tab where you have options for Light, Dark, Satellite, etc. My stakeholder wants the label for Gulf of Mexico to be changed to Gulf of America (not my choice). Is there a way to do this?

If you have location insights, then maybe it is more up to date, but assuming you aren't purchasing it I won't go down that route. Otherwise you are limited to what is there!
