I have created an Expression in the formula tool and i am trying to Action it via Interface.
But I can see it result in an Error.

Yes, any random column when come should get replaced.

@rohit782192, it works when I replaced your list box tool with a dropdown tool where you are trying to check the fields. The reason for the failure might be multiple columns being passed in the list box where the selected values are being read as a single string.
I have made some changes to the workflow you can go through it once and make these changes in your final workflow and let me know in case you need any further assistance.
