Import multiples files with different schema in Sharepoint Input tool for Server running

Hi all,

I've been facing a challenge when trying to combine multiples files from a Sharepoint location using the input Sharepoint Tool. 

The scenario is that I have multiple files and once in a while they will come in a different schema, so if I'm to use the wildcard * it will work in the Sharepoint Tool but eventually (just as regular input) it will skip the file with different schema, in Designer I know this can be solved with Directory+Batch Macro, but as this is something I'm going to provide the user to run on the Server, I'm not sure what would be the best approach here.

Is anyone facing this issue?
