Import excel file with color format

I there any possibility to import a excel file along with it' s background color format? if it's possible very helpful for me

I've got a similar question, where people have formatted rows in a spreadsheet with a color that corresponds to a legend that has the value I actually want to add as a column to each row based on the color the row is matching the color from the legend.. Ideally I could get these people to just add a column to that spreadsheet instead of color coding things.
