On my team, we connect to an outside DB through Oracle connect using one IP, Host, Service Name through the connection manager. Recently, we have been having connection issues due to network congestion. Our vendor has suggested that we implement load balancing where the network will go a second connection if the first times out
Does anyone know how to do this? This is the window I'm using
