Image not showing up when sending email to outlook

Dear all,

I want to send emails via Alteryx using the email tool. However, when preparing the message using several tools (Report text, image, header and footer) the image looks fine in the tool but when i receive the email sent the image does not display.

Does anyone had the same and help me?

Is that image stored/read locally from your computer? Do you use the report header tool or using the image tool?

Hi @AngelosPachis ,

Yes, the image is stored locally from my computer. I am using both header and image tolls as a test to see if it works but both does not work.

I had read that thread before and does not work.
