If a column is less than a value complete another column with text

Hello everyone:

I have a document with three columns. One of them has values and the other two are empty.
What I want is that if the values of the column are less than a certain value, fill the other two columns with a text  ("N/C" on the fist column and "Bellow Threshold" on the second column) and if it is greater than that value, leave it empty.
