I have below table and I want below criteria to be used for desired output. Kindly Help.

if Fridge <0 and Washing Machine>0 - Then No
if Fridge >=0 and washing Machine>0 and AC=0 Then No
if Fridge >=0 and Washing Machine>0 and AC>0 - Then Yes
