If Cell is Empty Then Shift Next Amount Up One Cell

Hi Everyone, so I am needing something to that says when there is an amount in the F9 column, it needs the amount to shift up one cell. I added a before and after I just typed up in Excel.

I will offer you the use IsEmpty versus IsNull in the arguments.

IsEmpty evaluates for both nulls and blank rows, whereas IsNull only evaluates nulls.
