Identify related records

I have a list of widgets.  I want to create Related_B so that it returns the ID of any record that shares a value under PrdctNmbr.  See below...

ID	PrdctNmbr	Related_B
1	9878,4675	6
2	1324	7
3	5467,4657,9870
4	6579	7
5	4679
6	9878	1
7	1324,6579	2,4

Very similar to @Maskell_Rascal  solution, so maybe its the corrent solution.
