Good folks,
I was asked to do an analysis and wondering if any had ideas to accomplish it. I have a list of data from helpdesk... agent, log-time, ticket. I was asked to go through the data and show any agent that created three tickets within say a 15 minute period.
Thinking this out I need to group by agent but within that combine the log-time into 15 min groups.
Scratching my head.... any ideas? I suspect it's easier than I'm making it.

This is the way I would do it. The whole idea is based on the multi-row tool where, after ordering everything, I would calculate the difference between the current ticket and 2 above which would give me the difference between 3 opened tickets. (for the same agent - group by agent in multi-row)
