IF condition with True & False Criteria

Question

Hi Team,

I want to apply conditional formatting for my output in the form of True & False. If X amount is equal to Y then the condition for Y amount should be ":True" else "False". The formula are to be applied row wise.

My Alteryx input & output required are attached for reference.

There are two sheets in the attached Excel file.
