IF AND Formula error

I am doing several if and then formulas with the result showing 0 in my test column.  Any thoughts on why?  Column 1 was text to column from another field.  Thanks.

Hi @spirani ,

You only need to remove the [Company]= after every THEN you have.

If you want to replace the value in your company column, you need to select the Company for your output column instead of creating a new column named TEST
