I have a data set like the below,

Data	Dessert 1	Dessert 2	Snack
#B;#117;#C;#120;#D;#123;#E;#36	Chocolate	Ice cream	Muffin

I would like the output to be like the below

Use the Text to Columns tool with the option to Split to Rows (and delmiter = 😉

Then clean your dataset with the way you want.
