I want to convert Aletryx date time format to Salesforce date time format

Hi Team,

I am trying to convert the Aletryx date-time format to the salesforce date-time format.

EX: I have Alteryx date time as "2020-10-27 11:28:00" and I want to convert this to salesforce compatible date-time that is as "2020-10-27T11:28:00"

could you please help me with this?
