I need to separate cases that have completed from the ongoing ones.

I have a case study I haven't come across before, I hope someone can help.

 

Cases may have several entries (BKI 3's) until they are completed bases on the activity name Case Resolved. I need to have a list that just includes the uncompleted inquires. In the screen capture below BKI-210901000002 would be excluded as it has a Case Resolved but BKI-210901000003 would be on the list I need because there isn't.

Hi @Apcvirgo1 

 

Here's how I would do it.

 

Create a filter on "Case Resolved", then use the BKI's from the true output and join to the original list. In my case the left output shows the BKI's that don't contain a "Case Resolved"
