Hi @ahmadhw versions prior 2021.4 were only supported for 18 months you can find the Version support here. Meaning 2021.3 is no longer support and would not be available download. If you cannot download this version internally then maybe you can speak to your account manager from Alteryx or log a support ticket. It is recommended to regularly upgrade so you have a version that is in support.
