I'd like to create a new column auto-populating based on specific Words

Dear Community

I'd like to create a new column auto-populating based on specific Words.

Example is, if someone job title is "..... Manager", it will fall into the Manager's bucket

Hope it's clear

Thanks

Hey @Tommaso83

There would be a few ways to do this, depending on what the rules for those buckets are.  If you have a lookup table that assigns them, you can bring the lookup table in as another input and use a Join.  Or if you want to build in that logic, you can use a Formula and an If - Then statement.

I.e:

If Contains([Title], "manager"), then "Manager"

Else ...

Endif
