Hyperlink in Email body

Hi Folks,

I run a report where I save 3 files and share email on daily basis with hyperlink for all those 3 files.  i have 3 hyperlink in email and in hyperlink I change the date ( as today's date).

hyperlink -  \uk21pfsr002.aceins.com\AGM_SHARED\Outwards RI\CreditControl\Databases\Exports\CGM Outstanding Cash & Claims\12. December\Zofia Focus List 09.12.24.xlsx

Can you please help me to add hyperlink in email body.  See the below example of email body.

Hi Louisa,

Please see link below to your Focus List for today. You will be able to update your commentary in here each day and we can use this file to update each day.

Reinsurance Focus List

Zofia Focus List

Louisa Focus List

Hi @prpanw

You can use the report text tool to create the email body (using fields in your data to update things as you need). This makes hyperlinking very straightforward.
