How to transpose field/value pair stored in records into columns?

Hello everyone,

I am new to Alteryx. This question might have been asked before as it's quite common I think. I apologize in advance. What I am trying to do is to transpose the following input into something like output. I don't might some manual step as long as the workflow is simple to use. Please see Testing dataset file attached for your reference. Any tips would be much appreciated.
