How to translate language in alteryx?

Hello everyone,

Is there any way to translate any non-english language present in data to the English language? I've one column with names in Japanese which I need to be converted into English.

I know there is one API but it is paid which is not feasible for me. Is there any way by which we can use "Google Translate" like language translation APIs/macro?

Have you checked this post which describes translation using Microsoft Azure. I think it is free till a certain limit every month.
