How to subtract the second row from first in several columns

I have this situation: 

I'd like to subtract the line 4 from line 3. In Excel is =B3-B4.

I don't know what tool is better to do this.

Could some one help me with this?

The multi-row tool is commonly used to subtract values relatively, but since you have a dynamic number of months, we need to create an automatic way of subtracting everything. Image and workflow attached.
