How to stop the workflow based on a condition?

Hi All,

 

I have a scenario wherein if the current step has no records then, I will need to stop the workflow. Could you please help me with the solution for this.

Create a test tool to test the number of records should be zero. Then on the workflow configuration, select 'Cancel Running Workflow on Error.'
