How to sort by month, not alphabetical

Can someone help with the below grid to be sorted by month order, not alphabetical.

Please refer my solution below, I first convert the month names into date data type, and sort them in numeric format.

If only for Months, we may create a lookup take in this way, the calculation load will be less if the data is huge.
