I need to use Alteryx on a new PC, but I can't register the product on this PC, even though I have deactivated the license on the old PC.
I'm told that there are "No more seats available".
Do I need a new license key?

What version of Alteryx was the old machine using? The ability to unregister a license was implemented in 9.1, so if it was prior to that you will need to contact support@alteryx.com to update your existing license.
