How to separate one column with multiple number and fill other column information?

Hi everyone, Is there any solution to separate Row 2-4 (Column E with multiple number) into Row 7-13?

There is 🙂

You need to use the "Text to Columns" tool from the parse category and then select "split to rows" after choosing the delimiter and field.
