How to separate data from one column to multiple columns?

Hello,

In column E of the table below (see table #1), there are G/L accounts starts from 3xxxxx and 5xxxxx. I'd like to separate 3xxxxx and 5xxxxx into two columns and align with their correspondence Sum_Line Item amount. Table 2 is the result that I am looking for. Can some one please let me know what is the best way of doing this? Much appreciate it!
