How to separate Technology Real Estate & Gaming in two columns where Technology is one wo

I have two words in one cell i.e. Technology Real Estate & Gaming. I want Technology in one column and Real Estate & Gaming in second column. Note that these names keep on changing so need something dynamic

Do you have any criteria for the seperation, like the first word goes to the first column and the rest goes to the second column?
