How to send notification mail to user with Table details

Hello ,
i have two table 

Table 1: 

Days	Status	Product Family	Market
5	Late	ABC	Germany
13	Late	ABC	Taiwan
14	Late	XYA	Taiwan
21	Late	E AKS	Argentina
22	Late	LKSF	Taiwan
26	Late	OLKA	Taiwan
28	Late	PQO	Brazil

Table 2: This list is having country specific Lead managers

I need to send Notification mail to All manager when country in both table matched
For example :

Taiwan is present in both the table then I need to send only one notification to Emp1 and Empl11 with 

Table as attachment with table content 

22	Late	LSKF	Taiwan
26	Late	OLKA	Taiwan

So far i tried doing something which is sending individual entry to each manager (attachment of flow )

but your first table had 4 values for Taiwan?

yes it should output all 4 value from Taiwan country

This has created the group for the table . Partially worked for me .

But my major concern was to send it as mail to Manager which is mentioned in table 2 as Emp1 Emp2.. so on for specific country from table 2 by attaching the table 1 details where market and country are matching, and days is less than 30.

So mail will have content says : " Dear Manager the following product is delayed by 30 days "
this mail will have attachment of table which has product less 30days and market is matching. 

This should be send mail as attachment . Since i am running in server it comes out as link rather attachment
