How to send emails to domains outside your institution using alteryx?

I would like to send emails to external clients, which use domains different from mine, but when trying to send Alteryx it brings me the following message "Failed to send to one or more recipients"

How can I configure SMTP to send emails to different domains?

You have to be careful with sharing the SMTP (Please mask it) Others can use it as well and send e-mails with your name.

The message is that your organisation don't allow sending e-mails to external. You have to check with the IT Team.
