How to select the column that contains the X data?

Hi.

Would like to ask how to dynamically select the column(s)  that contains the value "Description"? Its field and row numbers are not constant so I would like to select it maybe through a formula but not sure what tools to use.

Not OP but this is useful to know - could you show the formula you used/setup of the Dynamic Rename tool? I've never had to use this, but this might be helpful in future!

Please take a look for the above tool animation, use option as 'Take Field Description from Right Input rows.'  and From [Name] to [Value], then you can get it. 😁
