How to run a Pub

What kind of tool I should use in Alteryx to run the following scrip.

:EOD:

export ORACLE_SID="mnam"

export CONSDB_DATABASE='CONSDB.DATABASE.company'

run pub/sortcons

No really. This program is been ran manually within my group. But I think there some way we can use Alteryx tool to run this.
