How to reorient this?

I have a table or a matching sheet which goes like:

 

A   Alt_A

B   XYZ

C   MFD

D    RMP

and so on

 

I need an output in the form of:

 

A  Alt_A  B XYZ  C  MFD  D   RMP

 

Each 1 is in different and continuous column.

 

Around 90 rows like this which should all come in 1 row and in the pattern as specified above
