How to renew license post core certification

I was assigned a license key as an independent learner. I acquired the core certification within 90 days, please can you guide on how to renew the license for further 90 days. Currently, my alteryx designer shows no active licenses. Further, i clicked on support through my alteryx community profile, i can see the names of account managers but no such option to contact them. Please help.
