How to remove old records from Output file

Hi,

I had some 100 records in my previous month file which was successfully loaded to excel output.

But in current month i've only 90 records . So what is happening is that i'm getting total 100 records in my output with 90 new and 10 old records.

Any one knows why is this happening and how to load only current data to output file?

I'm using Overwrite sheet or range option.

Hi @Pandey19

Few things you can try

1.Don't give range just overwrite the sheet and try.

2.Give a large range like $A1:ZZ99999.

I've lot of tabs in my excel output and i'm just writing data into that.

There are certain standard formats in output excel which is not possible to create in alteryx.

So i'm using overwrite sheet or range and giving a range like $A1:Z999.

Why not try "Overwrite File" option.
